Chad Allison is entering
his 2nd year as JH/HS Principal and Athletic
Director at Marion. Chad earned his
bachelor’s degree from South Dakota State
University in 1998, his master’s degree from
Southwest Minnesota State University in 2007,
and principal endorsement from the University of
Sioux Falls in 2009.
He has 13 years of teaching and coaching experience at both the high school and middle school levels. Chad began teaching science in Columbus, NE, at Columbus High School where he was also the Head Swimming and Diving coach. He taught middle school science at Tri-Valley in Colton, SD, where he was also Head Cross Country and Asst. Track coach for 10 years. Mr. Allison enjoys playing guitar and doing any athletic activity. His wife, Amanda, is a Nurse Educator in Pediatrics at Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls. His daughter Emma, 7, will be in 2nd grade. The Allison family spends much of their summer swimming, camping, boating, and visiting with family and friends. |
